We're continuing to monitor developments and following guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) and the State of Pennsylvania. To help safeguard your health and best serve you during your stay with us, we've made necessary modifications to our amenities and services. In addition to our rigorous standard housekeeping routines, we've increased the frequency of our cleaning procedures and have put in place additional measures to enhance our disinfection protocol in public areas.

Digital Check-in & Checkout​:

  • Our hotel now offers convenient digital check-in and checkout, so you can come and go with greater ease, and stay focused on your real priority—making the most of your stay. Signature Kimpton Programs:

  • Where can I find coffee in the morning?
    • Complimentary Specialty drip coffee and a variety of teas will be available as part of our Morning Kick-Start in our Living Room daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
    • A coffee maker can be provided to your guestroom upon request.
  • Evening Social Hour will be served in our Living Room from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. We welcome you to join us and mingle with your fellow guests! Evening Social Hour offerings include our specialty wines, cold local beer, and a summer cocktail curated by The Commoner restaurant.
  • Kimpton PUBLIC bikes are available on a first come first served basis and will have an additional layer of disinfection with the guest present prior to bike check out.
  • In-Room Spa Services are available, however, services are still limited due to COVID.

Parking Services:

  • Valet parking is available for $38 per night, valet hours are 7:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.

Housekeeping Services:

  • To protect the safety of our guests and employees, our housekeeping service is completely contactless. This means that our housekeeping team will not enter your room during your stay. Our team will check in daily via text to offer contactless delivery of towels, sheets or trash pick-up. You can also text us directly at 412-301-7902 to request delivery at any time including our "Forgot It, We Got It" items such as a toothbrush or razor.
  • We have removed certain guest room items (think throw pillows) as a precautionary measure or in some cases made changes to other in room amenities. Learn more about Kimpton's Approach to Clean.


  • In need of a snack or a cold drink? Stop by the front desk to purchase a variety of mini-bar items from our pop-up bodega.

Dining Services:

Concierge Services:

  • Looking for ice? There are self-serve ice machines available on almost every floor, and ice can also be requested via Guest Services. Contact us at the front desk or via text message at 412-301-7902 and we'll take care of the rest.

Fitness Center:

  • Our fitness center is open 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, with a maximum capacity of 5 people. Masks and social distancing are required to ensure the safety of our guests.
